FMCSA handles incidents that have happened in the past 60 days involving truck or bus companies that cross state lines. Complaints involving moving companies must cross state lines, but can be reported at any time. There are no time or state restrictions for ADA or Hazmat complaints.

    Example: My cargo tank periodic inspection was performed by an unqualified inspector.

    A violation of the Hazardous Materials Regulations by a Motor Carrier
    Example: The Motor Carrier delivered a leaking package of hazardous materials to my office.

  • Household Goods

    Unsafe or unfair business practices
    Example: I hired a moving company. They refuse to return my property unless I pay extra fees.
