    First Nations Chef Learns "Culinary Empowerment"

    Vancouver Chef Andrew George recently returned from a 3-week State Department-sponsored International Visitors Leadership Program, "Culinary Diplomacy: Promoting Cultural Understanding through Food," where he learned "culinary empowerment" in Washington, DC, New York, New Orleans, and San Francisco.
