  • Standards Incorporated by Reference (SIBR) Database
The Standards Incorporated by Reference (SIBR) Databases are searchable collections of standards separated into two main categories:
    • Standards referenced in regulations - Voluntary consensus standards, government-unique standards, industry standards, and international standards referenced in the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR)
    • Standards reference in procurement - Voluntary consensus standards used by U.S. Government agencies in their procurement activities.
  • Interagency Committee on Standards Policy (ICSP)
Made up of Standards Executives and their representatives, the ICSP serves as the body that is mainly responsible for overseeing the use of standards by Federal agencies in accordance with the NTTAA and the OMB Circular.
  • Federal Agency Reporting under the NTTAA
Since 1997, Federal agencies have submitted reports on a Federal fiscal year basis detailing their activities in fulfillment of the requirements of Section 12 of the National Technology Transfer and Advancement Act. These reports are compiled by NIST and transmitted through to the Office of Management and Budget to Congress. [ view past NTTAA Reports ]
