H1N1 influenza virus sequences from the 2009 outbreak are available for downloading and analysis through NCBI's Influenza Virus Resource, a resource that combines over 80,000 flu sequences from the NIAID Influenza Genome Sequencing Project and GenBank with tools for sequence analysis and annotation.
