Energy Mailing List
HUD's Energy Taskforce newsletter will keep you posted on upcoming workshops, the latest energy efficient conservation measures, energy-saving tips, success stories, and other energy-related items. We will also update you on our 21-point Energy Action Plan.

Family Unification Program (FUP)
This list will serve as a discussion site for PHA and Public Child Welfare Agencies (PCWA) running the Family Unification Program. Please contact the Family Unification Program to sign up.

Financial Assessment Subsystem Multifamily Housing (FASS-MF) Electronic Filers

Financial Management Division (FMD)
This list enables the FMD to more effectively and expeditiously inform Subscribers, for example, Public Housing Authorities (PHAs) and other interested parties of critical deadlines for program eligibility submissions, newly available guidance related to Operating Fund subsidy calculations, and "Stop Loss" requests. This supports HUD's FY2010-2015 Strategic Plan goal (#5) to "Transform the Way HUD Does Business" by streamlining business processes and procedures for communicating with business partners.

HUD News
Distributes press releases and other press communication to members of the media and the public.

HUD-VASH Program
The purpose of the mailing list will be to send information on the HUD-VASH program (such as dates of webcasts, notices published, guidance and technical assistance, etc) to all agencies and individuals involved in HUD-VASH and/or interested in learning more about the program.

LEAN 232 Updates
This list provides access to email blasts (newsletters) and announcements from the Office of Residential Care Facilities on the Lean Section 232 Program.

Lender Assessment Subsystem (LASS) Electronic Filers
HUD-approved Title I & Title II nonsupervised lenders, nonsupervised mortgages and loan correspondents required to submit annual financial statements electronically through HUD Secure Systems. List targets personnel directly associated with the filing.

Lender Assessment Subsystem
This list keeps Title I & II Non-Supervised Mortgagees and Loan Correspondents and their auditors updated about LASS, including policy and system changes, and local, regional and national training opportunities.

Multifamily Housing RHIIP (Rental Housing Integrity Improvement Program) Tips
This Mailing list's purpose will to be to deliver weekly occupancy tips to owners/agents/site manager of project-based Section 8 properties nationwide as a response to the HUD RHIIP initiative.

Multifamily Property Disposition
Receive email notices of multifamily properties available for sale nationwide; sale cancellations; sale date extensions; changes in sales conditions and other related information.

National Homeownership Center Reference Guide
For real estate industry professionals. Visit our website. (This mailing list will not send you a listing of HUD homes, information for low-to-moderate income/ first-time homebuyers, housing assistance grants, Section 8 rental information or housing subsidies.)

Office of Affordable Housing Programs
You will receive notices, the HOMEfires newsletter, training opportunities, technical assistance products, etc. This info is also available on the HOME website and through the Community Connections Clearinghouse.

Office of Multifamily Housing Assistance Restructuring
HUD contractors, multifamily owners, tenants, etc. receive updates of program changes, additions, deletions and announcements.

PIH RHIIP (Public and Indian Housing Rental Housing Integrity Improvement Project)
Administrators of the Public Housing (PH) and Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) programs will receive updated information, guidance, technical assistance and notice of training opportunities to improve effectiveness and efficiency in administering PIH rental assistance programs. Also, administrators will receive guidance and information related to the reduction of improper subsidy payments and improving the integrity within the PH and HCV programs.

PIH-REAC Technical Assistance Center (TAC) Users
HUD stakeholders from a broad cross-section of agency programs who rely on the PIH-REAC Technical Assistance Center to answer questions and resolve problems.

Rental Assistance Demonstration
The Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) seeks to make rental assistance a more viable tool for the preservation of public and assisted housing, while maintaining affordability and offering resident mobility. The demonstration will allow for the voluntary conversion of units in the public housing, Moderate Rehabilitation, and Rent Supplement & Rental Assistance Payment programs to long-term section 8 contracts. Such conversions will advance the Department's goals of preservation, simplification, leverage, and increased access to opportunity.

San Francisco Multifamily Hub: Owners and Management Agents
This mailing list will distribute guidance and information to owners and management agents in Northern California, Arizona, Nevada, and Hawaii.

The purpose of the listserv is to provide interested members of the public with equal and timely access to published guidance, news, administrative actions, judicial cases, events, and activities involving FHEO. All interested individuals can sign up to receive electronic distribution of information.

HMIS.INFO
Homeless service providers, Continuum of Care leaders, HMIS administrators, HMIS software solution providers, and others share information and ideas. Participants receive the HMIS E-Newsletter and other information.

Homeless Assistance Program
The Homeless Assistance Program Mailing list provides HUD's Office of Special Needs Assistance Programs with an efficient communication vehicle for notifying CoC leaders, applicants and project sponsors, ESG grantees, field office staff, and other interested parties about policy changes and clarifications, upcoming events, program management tools, and other items of general interest regarding HUD's Homeless Assistance Programs.

Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Re-housing (HPRP)
The Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Re-housing Program mailing list provides HUD's Office of Special Needs Assistance Programs with an efficient communication vehicle for notifying HPRP grantees, sub grantees, Headquarters and field office staff, and other interested parties about policy changes and clarifications, upcoming events, program management tools, and other items of general interest regarding HUD's Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Re-housing Program.

Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA)
The HOPWA Program was established by HUD to address the specific needs of persons living with HIV/AIDS and their families. HOPWA makes grants to local communities, States, and nonprofit organizations for projects that benefit low income persons medically diagnosed with HIV/AIDS and their families.

Integrated Disbursement and Information System (IDIS) OnLine
Users of the Integrated Disbursement and Information System (IDIS) receive reports on problems, solutions, release upgrades, etc. that pertain to the day-to-day operation of IDIS.

Rural Economic Development Mailing list
The Rural Economic Development mailing list is available for discussion of matters related to economic development in the rural United States.

Rural Housing and Stability Assistance Program (RHSP)
The RHSP is designed to provide assistance to rural counties for the purposes of re-housing or improving the housing situations of individuals and families who are homeless or in the worst housing situations, stabilizing the housing of individuals and families who are at risk of being homeless, and increasing the ability of the lowest-income residents to afford stable housing. This listserv will provide updates and programmatic guidance the RHSP and potential participants.

Section 3-HUD Headquarters
This list is intended to inform HUD funding recipients, contractors, advocates, Section 3 residents and businesses, and the general public about best practices, newsworthy topics, training announcements, regulatory updates and policy announcements related to Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act. Mailings will highlight Section 3 news and developments throughout the country.

Southwest Office of Native American Programs: All Tribes and Tribally Designated Housing Entities
This mailing list will be used to share HUD-Southwest Office of Native American Programs (SWONAP) program information, training opportunities, or activities in the Southwest region with Tribes, Tribally Designated Housing Entities (TDHE) and other interested parties.

FHA Appraisers
The purpose of this list is to inform appraisers who are active members on the FHA Appraiser Roster. Please visit www.hud.gov/groups/appraisers.cfm for subscribe/unsubscribe and FHA program information.

Office of Counsel, Jacksonville, Florida
This mailing list will keep lender's and borrower's counsel informed of changes and updates to the new closing forms, closing process and related matters.

Office of Labor Relations
Receive notices and updates about Davis-Bacon and maintenance wage requirements in HUD programs, including new or revised issuances such as Labor Relations Letters and On the Mark!; and notices of upcoming labor standards training events.

Section 184 Loan Guarantee Program Tribal clients and Lenders
The Section 184 Loan Guarantee Program is one of the main Programs for Native Americans. The List Serv would be used to notify Section 184 participants of program changes, upcoming trainings, etc. The program is experiencing a very rapid growth and this would be an ideal tool to keep all or any interested parties informed of changes or new developments in the Program.

These semi-annual reports to Congress summarize OIG activities. The reports provide synopses of significant audits and investigations, including the status of HUD Management actions to close recommendations.

These reports and transcripts represent our findings on HUD programs and operations. The reports are public information and cover multifamily housing, single family housing, community development programs, property "flipping" schemes, and other significant issues.
