The ASC-ITSS solicitation will result in two separate contract awards. ASC-ITSS will be issued under a fully competitive 8(a) small business provision. This effort will cover ASCs contingency and sustainment missions CONUS and OCONUS.
Contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform information technology (IT) professional services support to ASC for their sustainment base and contingency missions. This support may include, but is not limited to, technical support services, network support, system administration, telecommunications, computer security, system software and hardware support and maintenance, information assurance support, information asset management, and graphics and visual information support services in accordance with the performance work statement (PWS). The date offers are due will not be issued until the solicitation is issued.
The government will concurrently award two Cost plus Fixed Fee contracts of base plus two evaluated option years. The period of performances on the contracts will vary starting in approximately March 2013. Expect the initial contract to start 90 days after award in a contingency environment (AFG).
