Having trouble accessing the "One-Screen" Data Search tool?

IE 7+on Windows:

  1. From your Internet Explorer 7.0 or better browser menu, select Tools > Internet Options > Advanced Tab.
  2. Scroll down the window until you see the Java (Sun) setting - (e.g., JRE 1.6.0_20 for <applet>...)
    if the checkbox is not selected, select it. The version listed must be 1.5.x or higher.
  3. If you have boxes checked for Microsoft VM, de-select all settings under this item.
  4. Close all instances of your IE browser.
  5. Restart your browser, and click on the "One-Screen Data Search" icon One Screen Data Search Tool for the database name you desire.

Java (JRE) Settings

 

Safari 4+ on a Macintosh:

  1. From your Safari 4 or better browser menu, select Safari.
  2. Uncheck "Block Pop-Up Windows."
  3. Click on the "One-Screen Data Search" icon One Screen Data Search Tool for the database name you desire.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to retrieve your data.
