Job Training and Skill Building for Older Workers
With a winning combination of experience, maturity and positive attitudes, aging employees are critical to attract and retain. Our Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP), provides on-the-job skills training to individuals 55 or older with limited financial resources.
