Overview

A crisis is an unexpected event or system breakdown that compromises normal operations. Crises come in all shapes and sizes, from a lone saboteur to a natural disaster. No matter size or scale, each crisis presents a unique challenge requiring strong leadership, collaborative teamwork and ongoing communication with stakeholders and the media.

This workshop is designed to rapidly increase your ability to successfully lead in a crisis using interactive, riveting cases studies and real-world experiential activities. The faculty brings a keen understanding the unique challenges in government and the program is a highly interactive, hands-on workshop which includes practical skills based on best practices. We quickly build your leadership capacity to navigate complex situations before, during and after a crisis. Learn strategies for increasing buy-in within your organization for crisis preparation.
