A Pre-Proposal Conference, for the Competitive Range Contractors only, considered as the Step Two Process start-up, will be held on June 19, 2012
at 9:00 AM (EST) at the Capitol Power Plant (CPP), ADM Building, Training Room.  POC is Susan Varga-Sinka, Contracting Officer, svsinka@aoc.gov.
