The full project name is Bituminous Paving Plan for FY 2012 as required by the drawings and specifications dated Feb. 22, 2012.  Request a copy of the solicitation IFB120003 by contacting John Friedhoff at e-mail jfriedho@aoc.gov with return Point of Contract and mailing address for where a copy of the drawings and specifications will be mailed to.  This requirement is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements.  This requirement is not a Small Business set aside.

The base quantity of paving is for 3 areas with a total number of 14,250 square yards.  The optional areas total an additional 15,370 square yards over the next 2 years.
