We are pleased to be
participating in the 2013 PLAYERS
Championship Birdies for Charity program.
This unique, community-based fundraising
initiative is held in conjunction with
THE PLAYERS Championship at TPC Sawgrass,
May 6-12, 2013.
Last year we raised
over $4,500 for our organization. We are asking
for your support once more. I am attaching the
donation form that you may fill out and return
to my attention. Making your donation directly
to Gateway will allow us to retain your entire
donation. However if you wish to make your
donation on line you may do so by clicking on
the following link
www.birdiesforcharity.playerschampionship.com.
Upon making your
donation, you will be asked to guess the total
number of birdies that will be made during the
competition rounds of the tournament. The
individual who guesses the exact number of
birdies made (or closet thereto) at the 2013
PLAYERS will win $5,000. In addition, the
charity that the individual supports with their
entry, will receive an additional $5,000 bonus.
In the event of a tie, a tie-breaker question
will be used to determine the winner. Deadline
for all entries is Wednesday, May 8.
We hope you will take
this opportunity to support Gateway Community
Services and THE PLAYERS. Donations can be made
by credit card or check payments you may call
Rosa Nicholas at (904) 387-4661 x1031 for more
details. All monies raised in our name under
this program go directly to support our
organization.
