GSA SmartPay 2

The GSA SmartPay 2 Master Contract is a fixed price, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) type contract. It has a three-year base period (November 2008 to November 2011) with one four-year option & one three-year option (ending November 29, 2018). The base year period began on November 30, 2008.

To use the contract, agencies/organizations can:

Place task order with selected banks based on identified needs and best value
Pool with other agencies/organizations, or
Tag-along with other agencies/organizations

The GSA SmartPay® program provides charge cards to agencies/departments throughout the U.S. government, as well as tribal governments, through master contracts that are negotiated with major national banks.

SmartPay® Charge Cards are for Official U.S. Government usage only.
