REGISTRATION PROCEDURES FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY'S
VENDOR OUTREACH SESSION
August 8, 2012
To schedule an appointment, please contact the Bureau Small Business Specialist (see list below) that you want to meet with. You may request up to three Bureau appointments. Please bring your appointments with you because you will not receive a consolidated list of confirmed appointments.
You may begin requesting appointments on Monday, July 16, 2012, at 12:00 noon through Friday, July 20, 2012, at 5:00 p.m.
To schedule appointments:
- You must be a small business concern
- Attach a copy of your CCR/Dynamic Small Business Search profile
- Contact the Bureau Small Business Specialist via email that you want to meet with. Indicate in the subject line "Requesting VOS Appointments"
- Provide the company name; DUNS; socio-economic status; names of no more than two representatives for clearance; primary contact email and telephone number, and your NAICS
WAITLIST:
If you are unable to schedule any appointments, you may be placed on the waitlist. Waitlist does not guarantee an appointment; however, we will make every attempt to seat firms in the event a firm does not come for scheduled appointments. You may request to be placed on the waitlist beginning Monday, July 23 through Wednesday, July 25, 2012. To be placed on waitlist, please email TreasuryOSDBU@treasury.gov and indicate "Requesting Waitlist for VOS."

Please note that the U.S. Mint is a secure building. You are required to provide attendee names to gain clearance for building entrance.
