Description

This module explains the role of the Contracting Officer in working with small businesses in the DoD Acquisition Program. DoD policy is that a fair proportion of DoD total purchases and contracts be placed with Small Business Programs and that such small businesses have the maxiumum practicable opportunity to participate in DoD acquisitions.
