June and July have successfully demonstrated grantees moving forward in various stages of deployment and utilization of VTrckS. This edition of VTrckS Connection provides a deployment update, a spotlight on the spend plan transition, 2013 spend plan preparation, VTrckS tips from fellow grantees, an ExIS update, and a look forward to VTrckS deployment activity planned for August - November.
