Older Version of SPL Xforms

1.  Use the SPL Starter Package Notes as a guide for using these SPL Xforms:  SPL Starter Package v1.11 (zip file updated Octobr 28, 2011, to add new terminology.)

2.  Save the zip file to location on your computer. 

3.  Unzip/extract the information from the zip file.  Do not just open the zip file.
