Deputy Director: The NHLBI is seeking exceptional candidates to provide leadership with the Director for a national research program in diseases of the heart, blood vessels, lung, and blood; blood resources; and sleep disorders, and administrative management of the NIH Women’s Health Initiative.

Special Assistant for Clinical Research to the Director: The NHLBI is seeking exceptional candidates to advise the Director and other senior Institute staff on programmatic issues related to the design, organization, conduct, and analysis of clinical research on heart, lung, blood, and sleep disorders.
