ICM course covering human resources

New studies show impact of new media in court

NCSC has released two reports that debate the response to changes in how people communicate. One explores the significance of social media on American society. The other examines new media's impact on jury decision-making.

CCJSCA Annual Conference being held in Houston

The Council of Chief Judges of the State Courts of Appeal (CCJSCA) is hosting its 33rd annual conference from November 13-17, 2012, in Houston, TX. This year's theme, Houston Do We Have a Problem? Appellate Courts and the Future, will address issues important to Chief Judges.
