Office of Executive Response Management

The Office of Executive Response Management oversees a number of high profile processes and functions for the Public Buildings Service. The office keeps PBS associates informed on existing authorities, pending legislation, and incoming information requests from external stakeholders. In addition, the office works with PBS and GSA offices to develop new or revise existing external and internal directives and PBS internal policy and guidance. It oversees the business line approval of these changes and assists with records management. Furthermore, the office helps coordinate PBS responses to and from the House of Representatives, the Senate, the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), and other stakeholders.
