A: There are no CME credits being offered at this Symposium.

Q: Is there a room block at a particular hotel?
A: No, we do not have a room block for Symposium attendees. You can find a list of nearby hotels on the logistics page

Q: I'd like to attend the Networking Dinner - How do I do it?
A: Attendees may sign up and pay for the dinner when they register for the symposium. Your three-course meal will include a salad, entree, dessert, glass of wine, and coffee or tea. Tax and gratuities are included in the $40 fee. All dinner registrations and payment must be received no later than September 15.
