Abuhouran v. Nicklin, No. 11-271, 2011 WL 488673 (D.D.C. Feb. 11, 2011) (Huvelle, J.).  The court dismisses plaintiff's claim for money damages, noting that "'[i]t is well[] settled that monetary damages are not available under FOIA.'"
