Center for Outcomes and Effectiveness Research
Part of the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, the Center for Outcomes of Effectiveness Research (COER) conducts and supports studies of the outcomes and effectiveness of diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive health care services and procedures. COER staff provide national leadership and direction for the development and use of outcomes and effectiveness research that supports improvements in patient outcomes.
