2012 National Intertribal Youth Summit

The Acting Associate Attorney General, Tony West was joined by the Acting Assistant Attorney General for the Office of Justice Programs, Mary Lou Leary, the Acting Administrator in the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP), Melodee Hanes, the United States Attorney for the District of South Dakota, Brendan V. Johnson, Commissioner for the Administration for Children and Families in the Department of Health and Human Services, Lillian A. Sparks, and the Director of Indian Health Services, Yvette Roubideaux to discuss critical issues affecting tribal youth in Indian Country.
