How to Read ANPRM Comments July 2011
Upon accessing www.regulations.gov:
- Click the “read comments” prompt near top of the screen, enter the following docket ID number in the “Enter Keyword or ID” field: HHS-OPHS-2011-0005, then click “Search”
- A list of comments received and posted should display, and can be opened one at a time.
