Tejas Narechania currently serves as Special Counsel. Prior to joining the FCC, Mr. Narechania served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Diane P. Wood of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. He is a 2011 graduate of Columbia Law School, where he was the Executive Notes Editor of the Columbia Law Review, and a recipient of the Ruth Bader Ginsburg Prize for academic achievement and the E.B. Convers Prize for legal writing. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Narechania graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 2005 with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and a B.A., with High Honors, in Political Science. From 2005 to 2008, he was employed at the Microsoft Corporation, where he was a recipient of the company’s 2006 Marketing Excellence Award.
