The Department of Justice (DOJ) provides training and technical assistance (TTA) to further practical and specialized knowledge to implement and enhance justice system efforts. DOJ supports training and technical assistance that is both specifically geared toward tribes and across broader topic areas.

The Department of Justice supports a wide range of events that focus on tribal justice issues. Some of the events listed below are pending final approval. Some training and technical assistance resources are limited to tribes that receive funding under the Coordinated Tribal Assistance Solicitation (CTAS) and are Purpose Area specific. Please be sure to contact the website address noted in the “For Additional Information” section of each event listing prior to making travel arrangements to find out if the event host has final approval to host the event or available space.
