TTB proposes new or amended regulations by publishing a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) in the Federal Register, the Federal Government's official regulatory and public notice publication.
Use the links below to view our NPRMs, to comment on any open NPRM, and to view the comments received in response to a particular NPRM.
For NPRMs published after February 23, 2007, comments must be submitted through Regulations.gov, the Federal Government's e-rulemaking system. A link to the Regulations.gov search page is included with each NPRM posting, and instructions for submitting comments via Regulations.gov, as well as on paper by U.S. mail, are included within each NPRM.
