The Des Moines Field Office is making an effort to inform citizens about FHA programs. In the lobby area is a television which streams various messages for all to see.

The HUD Field Office in Iowa is located in the Neal Smith Federal Building in Des Moines, IA. The Federal building is home to almost 700 Federal employees plus approximately 600 visitors enter the building every day. The Denver Homeownership Center has contributed graphics to be placed on the public TVs located on the ground floor. With the graphics we hope to encourage increased use of our FHA products.
