USCIS National Children's Art Project

Childs drawing of different people in front of U.S. flag and Statue of Liberty

Submissions Closed.  Thank you for your participation!

The USCIS National Children’s Art Project has concluded.  More than 4000 children from across the nation put their ideas on paper about this year’s theme: “We Are America."  They drew, painted, and collaged images that answered the question "People have come from all over the world to become Americans. Why does that make us great?"

The artwork is being displayed in USCIS offices across the country.  Visit this page for information on Open Houses when you can visit the displayed works of these talented, 5 to 12 year old artists.  Additionally, some selected works are on display in our electronic Art Gallery.

If you have questions about the National Children's Art Project, please e-mail us at USCISartproject@dhs.gov.

Thanks again to all the participants in this first-of-its-kind program at USCIS!
