USCIS is committed to providing Congress accurate and comprehensive information about our policies and procedures.  The information we provide on this site is intended to support Congressional offices in their search for information on our programs, and to assist them in their casework.  The Office of Legislative Affairs (OLA) is the primary entity within USCIS responsible for working with Congress.  Information and contact details for OLA can be viewed on our About OLA page.
