Innovations show the benefits of using phone-based care management

A recent spotlight on AHRQ's Health Care Innovations Exchange Web Site featured an article on the benefits of using phone-based care management to help reduce medical costs and lead to improved patient care, medication adherence, and patient satisfaction.
