SUBJECT:  Rescission of Class Deviation - Federal Awardee Performance and Integrity Information System (FAPIIS) at FAR Subpart 9.4

This memorandum hereby rescinds the Department of Health and Human Services’ class deviation entitled " Class Deviation - Federal Awardee Performance and Integrity Information System (FAPIIS) at FAR Subpart 9.4," issued on April 16, 2010.

The FAPIIS has been reconfigured to accept information pertaining to administrative agreements.  Therefore, debarring and suspending officials are now required to input information in FAPIIS on administrative agreements, in accordance with FAR 9.406-3(f)(1) and (2) and 9.407-3(e)(1) and (2).
