LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 14.5 NORTH...LONGITUDE 121.0 WEST. OLIVIA IS
MOVING TOWARD THE NORTHWEST NEAR 6 MPH...9 KM/H. A TURN TOWARD THE
NORTH-NORTHWEST IS EXPECTED LATER TODAY...FOLLOWED BY A SLOW
NORTHWARD MOTION TONIGHT AND ON MONDAY.

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 60 MPH...95 KM/H...WITH HIGHER
GUSTS. SOME STRENGTHENING IS FORECAST DURING THE NEXT DAY OR SO.
HOWEVER...WEAKENING SHOULD BEGIN BY LATE MONDAY.
