Task Force

Electric Energy Market Competition

Section 1815 of the Energy Policy Act of 2005 requires the Electric Energy Market Competition Task Force to conduct a study of competition in wholesale and retail markets for electric energy in the United States.

On April 6, 2007, the Task Force released the final Report to Congress on Competition in the Wholesale and Retail Markets for Electric Energy.
