NIH Mouse Genotyping Service The Center for Inherited Disease Research (CIDR) is an NIH-supported resource providing high throughput genotyping services for research efforts to identify genetic elements involved in human disease. For investigators conducting genetic mapping studies in the mouse, CIDR offers the Illumina medium density SNP linkage panel for linkage scans and congenic/consomic line construction. Custom SNP genotyping services are also available. Data are returned directly to the investigator upon completion of the project and will remain the property of the principal investigator.
