RIKEN Mouse Encyclopedia The RIKEN Mouse Encyclopedia is an attempt to catalogue the most comprehensive collection of mouse full-length cDNA clones and to determine the sequence of each clone. The 3'-end sequences of 915,701 clones are being made available to the community and the data can be accessed from our Web site--http://genome.gsc.riken.go.jp/index.html. These data are also available on other public databases including DNA Databank of Japan (http://www.ddbj.nig.ac.jp) , GenBank (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov) and European Bioinformatics Institute (http://www.ebi.ac.uk).
