Office of Health Services (CG-112)

We provide health care to active duty and reserve members in support of Coast Guard missions, ensure the medical and dental readiness of all Coast Guard members to maintain ability for worldwide deployment, and ensure the availability of quality, cost effective health care for all eligible beneficiaries.

HEALTH SERVICES DIVISIONS
Operational Medicine and Medical Readiness (CG-1121) - Charged with ensuring the Force Health Protection and the medical readiness of all CG personnel.
Quality and Performance Improvement (CG-1122) -  Charged with ensuring the CG Health Care Program meets established standards in providing the highest possible quality health care to its beneficiaries.
Health Systems Management (CG-1123) - Charged with ensuring all Coast Guard beneficiaries receive superior health care and with implementing the electronic health record.
