Attention Commercial Drivers: Important Self-Certification Information

Beginning August 15, 2012 customers who wish to obtain, or who currently hold a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) that is being  renewed, upgraded, or transferred from another State, will be required to complete their CDL Self-Certification.  The CDL Self-Certification Form can be found under the Forms & Manuals tab in the Licensing section.

All other CDL drivers have until January 30, 2014 to self-certify and do not have to visit a RMV branch office at this time.  Compliance information for these drivers will be available in early 2013.
