What is the Federal Financial Report (SF-425)?
The Federal Financial Report (SF-425) reflects the cumulative actual federal funds, unliquidated obligations incurred, local matching contributions and the unobligated balance of federal funds.

How do I submit my COPS SF-425?
In order to submit the Federal Financial Report SF-425 the grantee must login to COPS Agency On-Line Portal (account access) and select SF-425 icon.

Do you have access to COPS Agency On-Line Portal?
Your Agency Contact Person (Administrator) will give authorization/rights to Portal users. Contact the COPS Office Response Center at 800.421.6770 or AskCopsRC@usdoj.gov

When is the SF-425 report due?

Reporting Quarter	Date Due
January 1 – March 31	April 30
April 1 – June 30	July 30
July 1 – September 30	October 30
October 1 – December 31	January 30

What if a Grantee is unable to submit the SF-425 online?
A signed copy of the completed SF-425 can be faxed to 202.514.2852 or 202.616.9004, or mailed to the following address:
