The National Patient Safety Foundation (NPSF) is a nonprofit research and education organization dedicated to improving patient safety and reducing medical errors in the delivery of health care. The Foundation is comprised of health care practitioners, institutional providers, health product providers, health product manufacturers, researchers, legal advisors, patient/consumer advocates, regulators, and policy makers who are committed to making health care safer for patients.
