The National Fibromyalgia Partnership, Inc (NFP) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, educational organization founded in 1992. The mission of the NFP is to make medically-accurate, quality resource information on fibromyalgia (FM) available to its members, health care professionals, and the community-at-large. Its goal is to provide information that promotes timely and appropriate diagnosis and treatment of fibromyalgia. The NFP is a member-supported organization comprised of patients and their families, health care professionals (clinical and research) and other individuals interested in fibromyalgia.
The National Fibromyalgia Partnership publishes a national/international quarterly journal, Fibromyalgia Frontiers, which contains medical news, research and treatment updates, feature articles by researchers and clinicians, patient columns, resource information, book and conference reviews. Available in print or by internet download is information on fibromyalgia symptoms, diagnosis, treatment, and new research -- in English and Spanish (no charge).
