Mentally Unhealthy Days and Physically Unhealthy Days are included in the score to determine state rankings.

Mobilizing Action Toward Community Health (MATCH) project:
The Robert Wood Johnson 2011 County Health Rankings report released. CDC HRQOL measures are included as 3 of 4 morbidity measures for each US county.

Healthy People 2020—Foundation Health Measures: Over the course of the decade, the 4 foundation health measures will be used to monitor progress toward promoting health, preventing disease and disability, eliminating disparities, and improving quality of life. These broad, cross-cutting measures include: General Health Status; Health-Related Quality of Life and Well-Being; Determinants of Health and Disparities.
