The search textbox has an autosuggest feature. When you enter three or more characters,
a list of up to 10 suggestions will popup under the textbox. Use the arrow keys
to move through the suggestions. To select a suggestion, hit the enter key. Using
the escape key closes the listbox and puts you back at the textbox. The radio buttons
allow you to toggle between having all search items start with or contain the text
you entered in the search box.
cabozantinib
An orally bioavailable, small molecule receptor tyrosine kinase (RTK) inhibitor with potential antineoplastic activity. Cabozantinib strongly binds to and inhibits several tyrosine receptor kinases. Specifically, cabozantinib appears to have a strong affinity for the hepatocyte growth factor receptor (Met) and vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2 (VEGFR2), which may result in inhibition of tumor growth and angiogenesis, and tumor regression. This agent has also been shown to inhibit mast/stem cell growth factor (KIT), FMS-like tyrosine kinase 3 (Flt3) and tyrosine-protein kinase receptor (Tie-2).
