A: Yes, providers using registries may call the contact center in order to obtain order status.
Subject: ExIS and ID proofing
Q: If the grantee uses a registry for provider ordering, do they need to add the ID proofing information to the enrollment form?
A: No, grantees whose providers order through ExIS will not need to add ID proofing information to the enrollment form because the providers will not be using VTrckS.
