The Clinical Proteomic Tumor Analysis Consortium (CPTAC) Data Portal is the host of all the data produced by the consortium. Currently, the total amount of data exceeds over 500 GB of RAW data in over 800 files. Click here for more information.

Clinical Proteomic Tumor Analysis Consortium

The National Cancer Institute (NCI), part of the National Institutes of Health, announced the launch of a Clinical Proteomic Tumor Analysis Consortium (CPTAC) in August 2011. CPTAC is a comprehensive and coordinated effort to accelerate the understanding of the molecular basis of cancer through the application of robust, quantitative, proteomic technologies and workflows.
