Mouse Administrative Supplements
The National Institute on Deafness and Other Communication Disorders
(NIDCD) is offering a limited number of administrative supplements
to encourage the development and validation of mouse models for
understanding fundamental biological processes and disease states
affecting hearing, balance, olfaction, taste, voice, speech and
language. NIDCD currently-funded research project (R01), FIRST Award
(R29), and P series (P01 and P50) Principal Investigators whose
research utilizes non-mouse model systems are encouraged to apply
for supplemental support to facilitate the extension of their research
aims or techniques to the mouse model. Requests for administrative
supplements must be received by October 15, 1999.
