Diversity, Inclusion and Innovation in Government 2012 Inaugural Annual National Training Conference

The Diversity, Inclusion and Innovation in Government (DI2G) will host its 2012 Inaugural Annual National Training Conference on September 12 – September 14 in Washington, DC. The theme for this conference is “Innovating Diversity and Inclusion:  Confronting Challenges and Breaking New Ground.” 

The DI2G conference qualifies as training in compliance with 5 U.S.C. Chapter 41. This conference will provide skill-set training on how to successfully design and deliver programs called for in Executive Order 13583. Select topics include: managing social identities, leadership that drives results, the science of diversity and inclusion, innovating diversity, and inclusion with technology, data and matrices. 

Additional information about the seminar, including the event schedule and registration information can be found online at http://di2g.net. 

Agencies are reminded that reporting of training is governed by 5 CFR 410.601.
