The National Organization for Mexican American Rights (NOMAR) will hold its 15th Annual Training Conference from August 28 to August 31, 2012 in Denver, Colorado, with a pre-conference training workshop on August 27. The theme for the conference is "Hispanic Americans: A Key Ingredient for America’s Future.”
NOMAR’s Annual Training Conference qualifies as training in compliance with 5 U.S.C. Chapter 41. The training is open to any Federal employee and the training addresses the needs of employment in the Federal Government for the Hispanic community. The training will provide workshops and seminars in areas such as EEO Law Updates, Special Emphasis Program Management, Pathways Program Criteria and Processes, and Achieving Diversity in the Workplace.
