2013-2017 IPOM
(Immunization Program Operations Manual)

NOTE: Until December 31, 2012, please consult the 2008-2012 IPOM manual.

The 2013-2017 Immunization Program Operations Manual (IPOM) was developed as a compilation of resources to assist immunization program managers and their staff in implementing comprehensive immunization programs. It is to be used as a core companion document to the 2013 Program Announcement that covers the five-year immunization funding cycle from January 1, 2013 through December 31, 2017. Awardees should use the IPOM in conjunction with the annual funding application guidance document to develop activities and performance measures that maximize immunization program effectiveness.
